Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our float pool team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care across various departments.

Shift Information

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Experience in hemodynamic monitoring, vasopressor management, ventilator knowledge, and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) is preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required.
• Must pass a dysrhythmia test.

Certifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support or equivalent.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or equivalent; provisional ACLS certification accepted for up to 180 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and assist with diagnostic procedures as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
