Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift float pool position requiring MA RN licensure and prior ICU experience.

Details

• ICU nursing position within a hospital's Nursing Float Pool
• Floats as needed to ICU and PCU units
• 12-hour night shift schedule, working every other weekend
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ASN required at minimum
• 2-5 years of ICU experience required
• Trauma Level I facility experience preferred, though candidates with Trauma Level II experience may be considered
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

Additional Information

• Must pass a Tele/ECG and medication test administered on the first day; failure may result in assignment termination
• Required vaccinations include COVID-19 (with booster) and flu, with medical exemptions allowed
• Candidates must reside 50+ miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
