This is a float pool position for a Travel RN in the ICU specializing in critical care. Candidates must be willing to float to multiple different units within a leading acute-care hospital. A minimum of 3 years of acute care hospital experience in an ICU setting is required. The role involves floating to various ICUs, including Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU, based on healthcare provider experience.

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
• Type of Patients on Unit: Candidates will be expected to care for basic ICU patients in each department, including sedated, intubated, and patients on pressors. However, high complexity patients such as those requiring CRRT will not be cared for.
• Personality Fit: Candidates must be focused on outstanding patient care, effective team communication, and a drive to excel as both a member of the organization and as individuals. Flexibility with assignments is essential, as candidates may take on multiple different assignments in the same shift if needed.
