Skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Impella, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, IV insulin protocols, GI surgery, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, TPN/Lipids, Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drain (EVD), Post Neurosurgery management, Traumatic Brain injury, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, Fresh tracheostomy, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Pulmonary embolism, Respiratory failure, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Intake and Output monitoring, Urine output assessment, Delayed graft function recognition & management, Recognition of infection in immunosuppressed patients, Fibrinogen, INR, Management of high-output drains, Massive transfusion protocol, Monitoring for abdominal compartment syndrome, PT/PTT
