The position is designed for candidates with current licensure and relevant certifications, ready to support patient safety and experience.
Job Details:
Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, ACLS certification, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; education verification required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in intermediate or acute care settings.
Additional Information: Utilizes clinical expertise to support patient's longitudinal care plans across units and departments. Participates in department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance. Responsible for documenting care according to standards of practice and supporting patient safety through critical thinking and escalation practices.
