Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and information to help clients make informed travel decisions
• Manage client communications through phone, email, and online platforms
• Coordinate reservation details with supplier partners and travel vendors
• Track itinerary updates, confirmations, and booking information
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements
• Stay informed on industry trends, supplier programs, and promotional opportunities
• Deliver professional and responsive support throughout the client experience
