Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | One Saturday per month required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient infusion clinic setting with a patient ratio of 1:6–7
• Administer chemotherapy and other infusion therapies in accordance with established protocols
• Float between clinic locations for appropriate assignments as needed
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC charting system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient infusion or oncology nursing
• BLS certification required at time of submission
• Chemotherapy (CHEMO) certification required at time of submission
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Ability to work 2 of 3 major holidays as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient oncology or infusion clinic environment
• Familiarity with Baxter pump operation and related infusion equipment
• Experience floating across multiple clinical units or campus locations
