Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Critical Access Hospital travel contract in the Topeka, Kansas area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys variety, autonomy and working across multiple levels of care. Rather than spending your entire contract in one setting, you'll provide OT services across Outpatient, Inpatient Acute Care and Swing Bed/Skilled Rehab based on patient and facility needs.
If you're an OT who likes clinical variety, this is the kind of contract that keeps things interesting.
You'll have the opportunity to work with patients at multiple stages of recovery—from someone receiving outpatient therapy to a hospitalized acute-care patient or a Swing Bed patient who needs additional rehabilitation before returning home.
Smaller hospital environments can also provide therapists with greater autonomy, interdisciplinary collaboration and the opportunity to make a noticeable impact on patient care.
You'll have the convenience of being near Topeka while still enjoying the smaller-community feel that comes with a Critical Access Hospital assignment.
