**Join Our Team as a Night RN Charge Nurse at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital!** - Are you a passionate and dedicated RN looking for a rewarding night shift opportunity? - Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a difference in patients' lives? - Look no further! **Position Overview:** - **Role:** RN Charge Nurse (Nights) - **Department:** Rehabilitation - **Shift:** 12-hours, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM - **Weekend:** Every other weekend and holiday rotations - **Call Requirements:** Yes - **Required Certifications:** BLS - **Years of Experience:** 1+ year in skilled nursing or a 24/7 skilled care environment **What We Are Looking For:** - Minimum of 13 weeks of EPIC experience - Managerial experience is a must - Med-Surg/inpatient rehab experience is essential **Unit Profile:** - **Number of Beds:** 49 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:7 - **Equipment:** Mobility equipment including ceiling lifts, Sara Stedy and Sara Plus plus, slide boards, vital machines, EKG machine, BGM, and computers for charting - **EHR:** EPIC - **Patient Population:** Adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services with high acuity needs **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and support nursing staff while ensuring the safety and well-being of patients - Jump in to assist C.N.As and answer call lights for optimal patient care - Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to maximizing health, function, and quality of life for patients **Additional Notes:** - Our inpatient rehab hospital can have high acuity at times and operates similarly to a medical-surgical unit - Attendance and punctuality are crucial; adherence to our internal policies is expected - Breaks: Mandatory 30-minute unpaid, plus two 15-minute paid breaks for a 12-hour shift **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
