Job Summary:
Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist position in Lake Worth, Florida. This role involves conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality documentation. The position requires a focus on patient safety, adherence to regulatory standards, and active participation in professional development and community advocacy.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid, current state license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift; minimum of 2 years of experience; previous inpatient rehab experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
  • Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, manages caseload flexibly, completes timely and accurate medical records, and supports student learning programs. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to all safety and regulatory standards. Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement and professional growth.
