Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Intermediate Care (IMC) position on night shift, requiring critical care and telemetry experience.

Details

• Work in the Intermediate Care (IMC) unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (19:00-07:00)
• Floating required to sister facilities within scope of practice
• Uses Epic for charting
• No block scheduling accommodations available

Requirements

• Active RN license (OK or Compact) required, pending license not accepted
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of current critical care and telemetry experience required
• Current DL or state-issued ID and a utility bill in the traveler's name with matching address within the last three months required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to intermediate care/telemetry patients
• Maximum RTO of 5 days per assignment, with no holidays or blackout dates permitted
• Local candidates not accepted; permanent address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year to be eligible for travel assignments
