Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $2,524 to $2,724 per week in Silver Spring, MD

Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Tech and use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will be responsible for the operation and quality assurance of film processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology (IR) technologist experience with references.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid state radiologic technologist license for Maryland.
• Experience working in a hospital-based interventional radiology environment.
• Ability to work on-call and participate in department on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing IR procedures and sterile technique in a high-volume hospital.
• Prior experience with vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0700-1730.
• 10-hour shift structure referenced in order notes (7:00–17:30 aligns with cited hours).
• On-call required. Candidate must be able to cover approximately 7–9 days of on-call per month.
