Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $2,566 per week in Hendersonville, TN

Job Title: Interventional Radiology Rad Tech Profession: Rad Tech Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 12 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 16:30 Hours per Shift: 9 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience License: AART or RCIS with interventional cath lab experience Certifications: Required certifications Must-Have: A minimum of 1 year cath lab experience Advanced skills are needed Description: The position involves working as an interventional radiology tech in a cath lab. There are three interventional labs with a patient ratio of 1 scrub RT, 1 circulating RN, and 1 recording RT or RN per procedure. The type of equipment used includes GE cath lab technology. Staff will follow a documentation system for patient records. Staff are required to work Monday through Friday, with 9-hour shifts and one day off. There is an on-call rotation required after hours. Floating is possible for staff with previous experience in EP or IR. All staff rotate among various roles as needed. Experience requirements include proficiency in left heart angiograms, percutaneous coronary interventions, pacemaker implants, ports, drains, AAA, STEMI, and other procedures. Ceil blue scrubs are the required uniform. Additional information includes opportunities to work with new equipment and technology.
