Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $2,635 per week in Wilmington, NC

Job Title: Vascular Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (06:30 - 19:00) or 10 hours (06:30 - 17:00) Experience: 2 years of experience required License: ARRT R required, ARRT VI preferred Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Travel experience required - Epic experience preferred Description: IR Vascular OR Technologist. Request time off after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional requests for time off could possibly result in a cancelation. Requirements include ARRT R certification and preferred ARRT VI certification. BLS certification is required. Two years of experience is necessary, and travel experience is required. Epic experience is preferred. Shifts include 3x12 hour shifts and 4x10 hour shifts. Call is required once a week and every fourth weekend. Current ratios are 1:1. This is a hybrid operating room position involving peripheral vascular work and other endovascular procedures. The procedures include EVAR, TEVAR, declot, and TCAR. Contract staff may be assigned to work emergency response teams during catastrophic events. Staff may be required to report to work during mass casualty incidents or disasters. Consolidation to different units may occur mid-contract. Unit systems used include Epic, PACS, and Pyxis. Daily patient encounters can vary but may include patients with vascular disease. Special procedures consist of endovascular and open vascular cases. All pre-start training must be completed online. Candidates must be open to floating within the facility as needed.
