Job Title: Special Procedures Tech Profession: Radiology Specialty: Special Procedures Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology License: NH State License Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS Must-Have: Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience Description: The position is for a Special Procedures Tech in the Radiology specialty. The shift required is during the day with rotating call. The unit consists of 2 VI rooms and a hybrid OR. The patient ratios are not applicable. The personnel on the unit typically includes 3-4 technologists per day. Equipment used includes Acuson Juniper and Acuson P500. Documentation is managed through Allscripts. Candidates should possess advanced skills in procedures performed on the unit. Dress code consists of any color scrubs. Relevant unit-specific policies and guidelines will be provided. This position offers opportunities to work with new equipment and technology. The staff has a strong tenure and experience level. Schedule options may provide an enticing work environment.
