Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $2,798 to $2,998 per week in Detroit, MI

Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Tech and use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You’ll be responsible for the operation and quality assurance of film processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience with references.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Graduate from an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• BLS certification.
• State radiologic technologist license for Michigan.
• Experience preparing and administering contrast media, medications, and IV solutions for interventional procedures.
• Experience setting up and maintaining sterile procedure trays, physiological monitors, pressure injectors, and imaging equipment used in IR procedures.
• Experience working under the direction of a radiologist and assisting with complex invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Ability to manage and replenish IR supplies such as needles and catheters.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a health system or large hospital setting.
