#Tier2 Travel Compliance
RTO
- RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. They prefer/are more open to RTO changes during the submission process before the traveler accepts an offer. They are reasonable, but once they have signed a confirmation, client does not want to renegotiate time off during the assignment unless in rare cases/extenuating circumstances. Prefer no RTO the first week of an assignment. No more than 10 days of RTO per 13-week contract.
If more than week of RTO, they prefer it is added to the end of the contract so the traveler still gets 13 work weeks.
