Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $2,943 per week in Charleston, SC

Job Title: Neuro Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: 2 years preferred, first-timers accepted License: South Carolina RN License preferred Certifications: BLS, ARRT (R) required Must-Have: Experience in Interventional Radiology and Neuro Clienttion badge provided by agency On-call required every 5th weekend and one night per week Radius rule: 60 miles Locals considered on a case-by-case basis Description: This position is for a Neuro Interventional Radiology Technologist. Daily caseload per technologist is approximately 4-5 procedures. Clerical and communication tasks related to patient care will be required. Candidates will not float within the scope to meet facility needs. The position will involve direct patient interaction and collaboration with other medical staff. The technologist will need to prepare and maintain equipment. Basic life support certification is mandatory. The technologist must provide a radiation badge. All time off requests must be included at the time of submission and cannot be changed after. All required labs must be completed timely. Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season. Compliance with all facility policies and procedures is expected.
