Subcontractor : University of Kansas Hospital - 4000 Cambridge St, Kansas City, KS 66160 (Bell Unit)
Bill Rate: $115 before 3% administrative fees (If you have a candidate seeking a higher rate, please submit with the rate they need)
Class/Area: IR Tech/Interventional Radiology
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): Days,10 hour shifts (40 hours/week) M-F schedule, day off will rotate.
Experience Requirements: 2 years of IR, Scrub experience required
Experience Preferred: 3 years of IR, large hospital experience; peripheral and neurovascular experience
License/ Certification Requirements: ARRT Radiography & Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (needed in hand for submittal)
Floating Requirements: May float to Cambridge IR
Weekend Requirements: None
On-Call Requirements: As needed
Holiday Requirements: Holidays not required: In the event of a holiday falls on scheduled workday, subsequent pay period will be reduced by holiday pay hours
Will the client accept new graduates? No
Orientation: Orientation every Mon & Tues; Must also attend nursing orientation Wed-Fri (bi-weekly)
Creds Due: 1-week prior to start (Mon)
Equipment: Siemens Systems (Artis icono, Artis Q, Artis zee: Single-plane, no biplane functionality.)
Unit Info: Siloed setup, Fast-paced environment with high patient volume (60-65 cases per day), Handles all lines for the entire hospital, including outpatient services, Operates 7 rooms and manages cases neck-down with some light neuro overflow (e.g., thyroid biopsies)
Client Notes: Nicotine free facility | Bi-weekly pay | 8 hour no-bill orientation | Client is allowed 2 cancellations per month with a minimum 2 hour notice
