Job Title: Radiology Tech - Interventional Radiology Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:15 - 14:45) Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Interventional Radiology Tech License: Compact or state license required Certifications: ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: On-call required with a 30-minute response time. Five 8-hour shifts plus every other weekend call required. Specialized knowledge in the anatomy of the vascular system. Understanding of the vascular disease process. Familiarity with supplies used in angiography and endovascular cases. Experience with specialized equipment in the OR Hybrid room is required. Description: The position requires a Radiology Tech to work in the OR Hybrid room, Cath Lab, and Endo Vascular Suite. Candidates must have knowledge of the vascular system and disease processes. They should be proficient with specialized equipment used in endovascular cases, specifically Toshiba systems. Experience should include minimum three years in Interventional Radiology. The role includes working scheduled shifts and being on call as required. Travel experience is required. Candidates must maintain current certifications. References from previous supervisors will be required before clearance to start the contract.
