Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required, 1 year acceptable with specific experience License: Compact or state license required Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, ARRT VI, BLS Must-Have: - Scrub experience required - Travel experience required - Neuro IR experience is a plus but not required Description: This position involves working in an interventional radiology setting. The candidate will be required to be part of an emergency team. There may be an expectation to stay at the facility during emergency events. Specific details related to pay during emergency events will be provided at that time. Candidates should only apply if they are comfortable with this requirement. On-call duties will be required with a 30-minute response time. The candidate should possess excellent monitoring and technical skills. Experience with various interventional procedures is essential. Familiarity with different charting systems is necessary. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team. Interdisciplinary support will be available from various services.
