Job Title: Imaging Support IR Tech Profession: Radiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred License: Virginia license required (can submit with pending application; eligible for temporary license with licensure in another state) Certifications: BLS, ARRT required Must-Have: - Experience in Imaging Support in the OR - Knowledge of Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Endovascular Interventions, EVAR, Hybrid OR, Interventional Radiology, and Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy - Experience with Siemens equipment and Ultrasound Description: This position requires a tech experienced in imaging support in the Operating Room for vascular interventional radiology. The duration of the assignment is 26 weeks. The work shift is during the day, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Rotating call will be required every fourth week. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. BLS and ARRT certifications are mandatory. Experience with the Epic charting system is required. The role involves assisting with various procedures such as angioplasty, carotid stenting, and endovascular interventions. The technician will work within a team to support interventional radiology practices and ensure high-quality imaging support during procedures.
