Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (07:30 - 18:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty License: Valid state license required Certifications: ARRT, BLS Must-Have: - EPIC experience required - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience with thrombectomy for neuro cases Description: First-time travelers are considered. Shift is 4x10s: 07:30 - 18:00, with a day off to be determined. Call is required. Floating may be required between campuses as needed. Floating staff to other locations happens infrequently and is based on staffing needs due to illness or case volume. Procedures include angiograms, venograms, PICC placements, port-a-cath insertions, vertebroplasty, GI bleed management, embolization, biliary tube exchange, nephrostomy, IVUS, fistulagram, transjugular biopsy, and IVC filter removal. Equipment used includes EKOS, Inari, Penumbra, and Jeti. COVID-19 vaccination is required, with medical and religious exemptions only. Flu vaccination status is unknown. Tattoos and piercings must adhere to facility guidelines. Nail length should not exceed 1/4 inch; natural fingernails are preferred, but polish is acceptable. No cafeteria is available, but a refrigerator and microwave are on-site. Scrubs must not have any agency or brand logos. Expect to work holidays.
