Job Title: Nuclear Med Technologist - Interventional Radiology - Travel

Location: Beaumont, TX

Pay: $3,124.80 weekly

Shifts: 5 days, 8 hr/day, typically 7AM - 5PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a Nuclear Med Technologist specializing in Interventional Radiology for a travel assignment in Beaumont, TX. This full-time role involves performing a range of routine and advanced imaging procedures, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of patients. Ideal candidates are flexible, able to work various shifts and campuses as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the Nuclear Med Technologist - Interventional Radiology
  • Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures.
  • Provide support for other imaging technologists as needed.
  • Facilitate smooth and efficient patient flow.
  • Troubleshoot basic maintenance and resolve image processing and archiving issues.
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols while handling radionuclides and pharmaceuticals.
  • Complete and maintain daily logs and periodic tests as per license requirements.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and work other shifts as needed or required.
  • Ensure completed exams are correctly scanned and stored in PACS.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and perform follow-ups as needed.

Requirements of the Nuclear Med Technologist - Interventional Radiology
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in a clinical nuclear medicine setting preferred.
  • Basic computer experience required.
  • Nuclear Medicine Technology (N) by ARRT or NMTCB required.
  • State Licensure required - Texas: MRT by TMB.
  • BLS required (AHA only).
