Job Title: Nuclear Med Technologist - Interventional Radiology - Travel

Location: Beaumont, TX

Pay: $3,124.80 weekly

Shifts: 5 days, 8 hr/day, typically 7AM - 5PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a Nuclear Med Technologist specializing in Interventional Radiology for a travel assignment in Beaumont, TX. This full-time role involves performing a range of routine and advanced imaging procedures, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of patients. Key Responsibilities of the Nuclear Med Technologist - Interventional Radiology
  • Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures.
  • Provide support for other imaging technologists as needed.
  • Facilitate smooth and efficient patient flow.
  • Troubleshoot basic maintenance and resolve image processing and archiving issues.
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols while handling radionuclides and pharmaceuticals.
  • Complete and maintain daily logs and periodic tests as per license requirements.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and work other shifts as needed or required.
  • Ensure completed exams are correctly scanned and stored in PACS.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and perform follow-ups as needed.

Requirements of the Nuclear Med Technologist - Interventional Radiology
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in a clinical nuclear medicine setting preferred.
  • Basic computer experience required.
  • Nuclear Medicine Technology (N) by ARRT or NMTCB required.
  • State Licensure required - Texas: MRT by TMB.
  • BLS required (AHA only).
