Job Title: Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 12 months of current interventional vascular/IR lab experience Scrub, circulate, and monitor experience Cardiac Cath Lab experience in a hospital or medical center setting Current or prior experience supporting Operating Room procedures Level I trauma experience (preferred) Peripheral vascular experience License: Iowa Radiology license (highly preferred, will consider licensing candidates with issuance timeline varying) Active ARRT (R) or RCIS/CCI Certifications: AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS (preferred) RCIS/CCI or ARRT/The American Registry of Radiology Technologists Must-Have: Professional reference from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation within 24 months Driver's license documentation Description: Quickly interviewing viable candidates. Local radius rule of 50 miles. Holiday update: required to work 1-2 of the 3 upcoming Summer holidays unless the unit is closed. Call schedule: every 3rd evening and 3rd weekend. NBO of 16 hours EMR: EPICOT. Call back: 2-hour minimum. The call team covers multiple facilities with most emergencies being level I. Duties include scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring. First-time travelers are welcome.
