Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $3,209 per week in Seattle, WA

Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 1 Year of Experience Preferred License: WA License Certifications: BLS, ARRT R Must-Have: - All previous permanent employees must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. - First-time travelers accepted. - Required skills: Y-90 Chemo delivery, GI Bleeds, TPA, vein sampling, Phase 2 recovery, cryoablations. Description: First-time travelers are accepted. One year of experience is preferred. This position requires floating to another campus for regular shifts and call coverage. Call is required for two full weekends in a six-week period and nine weeknights. Shift hours are from 07:00 to 17:30. The medication system used is Pyxis. Documentation is managed in the EPIC system. Patients may present with diagnoses such as biopsies, gastrointestinal issues, genitourinary/renal issues, peripheral vascular conditions, pulmonary issues, and endovascular lab needs. The patient ratio experience and charting system experience are required. Skills needed include 3D imaging, managing ports, accurate monitoring, and various interventional procedures such as angiography, stent placement, and thrombolysis. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services and rapid response teams. Special procedures performed in this role involve a range of diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
