Job Title: IR Tech Profession: Healthcare Specialty: Non Fairfax Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10 hours Hours per Shift: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm Experience: 2 years License: Must have active VA state license Certifications: BLS, ARRT (with VA License) or RCIS Must-Have: Critical care experience Description: Must have an active VA state license at submission if a VA license is applicable. Certifications required include BLS and ARRT (with VA license) or RCIS. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. Vascular Interventional Registry is necessary. Candidates must have critical care experience. Weekend coverage will be provided on call. Call requirements will rotate with core staff with a 1-hour response time. All cases are completed in the lab. The electronic medical record system used is EPIC. Scrubs will be provided in maroon color. Unit orientation will last for 1 week. Shift expectations include a schedule from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Weekend expectations include being on call for 1 weekend per month. Floating expectations indicate no floating required. On-call expectations include 1-2 shifts per week and 1 weekend per month. Holiday expectations include working 1 major and 1 minor holiday. Epic access is required.
