Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $3,500 to $3,600 per week in Hagerstown, MD

We are seeking an experienced Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist with strong Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) experience for a 13-week assignment at Meritus Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled IR/Cath Lab professional to work in a busy procedural department performing advanced cardiac, vascular, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures.

• Assist physicians during a wide range of interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Prepare procedure rooms, sterile fields, and specialized imaging equipment.
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring, patient preparation, EKG lead placement, and accurate procedural monitoring.
• Assist with cardiac catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, left and right heart catheterizations, temporary pacemaker placement, and cardiac stent procedures.
• Support vascular interventions including angioplasty, thrombectomy, carotid stenting, peripheral angiography, dialysis graft interventions, renal artery stenting, and TIPS procedures.
• Assist with electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker and AICD implantation, cardioversions, cardiac mapping, conduction studies, and ablations.
• Maintain radiation safety and sterile technique while providing exceptional patient care.
• Operate Philips and Siemens fluoroscopy equipment and document procedures using the facility's imaging systems.
