Floating Requirements/Ratios:
Candidates are required to float within their skillset, no exceptions.
Ratios vary based on census and staffing.
When floated, RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity
License/Certifications:
Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission.
All certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified. Please indicate upon submission if traveler will acquire certificate prior to start date.

Modules
:
Modules are non-billable, 4 hours of EPIC training and up to 18 hours of additional hours
RN: average 18 hours of non-billable modules
Allied: average 1 hour of non-billable modules
Modules are completed pre-start, and annually
Modules are recorded by transcripts for onsite specific modules. RWJBH annuals, Baxter pump, and signed attestations are self-reported, and EPIC training is facility reported
Cancellations/Attendance Policies:
Should a
traveler
need to cancel their contract for any reason, RWJBH asks for adequate notice, defined as:

contracted travelers: 10-day notice
Clinicians are required to make up any missed shifts within the same pay period.
