Desired Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent Interventional Radiology nursing experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
• Strong patient assessment, critical thinking, and IV skills
• Familiarity with sedation, procedural preparation, and post-procedure patient monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care throughout IR procedures and post-procedure recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams for optimum outcomes
• Educate patients and families on procedural expectations and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols for safety and quality
• Respond promptly to acute situations and perform emergency interventions when needed
