• Shift: 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

• Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Schedule: Minimum of 10 shifts per month, with alternating weekends
• On-Call Requirement: 7-10 days per month; must be able to arrive within 30 minutes when called in
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Work Environment: 1:1 patient ratio using IR equipment and supplies

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology nursing
• Experience in IR Specials and Electrophysiology (EP) required
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced procedural setting
• Strong adaptability and excellent critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
• Assist with EP and IR-related procedures in a high-acuity healthcare environment
• Monitor patient status closely and maintain a 1:1 patient ratio
• Prepare the procedural area and support safe, efficient workflow
• Collaborate with the procedural team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Respond to call requirements and provide timely support when needed
• Document care accurately in the Meditech system
