Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring conscious sedation skills and ACLS certification.

Details

• Work in the Interventional Radiology department located on the ground floor
• Care for patients undergoing invasive interventional radiology procedures
• 1:1 patient to RN ratio
• Uses Siemens Artis Z, Siemens Artis Q, and Philips EPIQ ultrasound equipment
• Documents in EPIC EMR
• Schedule options include 5x8-hour or 4x10-hour day shifts
• Participates in an on-call rotation with 5 other RNs
• No floating required

Requirements

• Active RN license (IN or Compact) required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
• Comfortable performing conscious sedation under direct supervision of a radiologist
• Experience working in interventional radiology or Cath Lab setting preferred
• Background in ED or ICU setting preferred
