Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Interventional Radiology – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: October 20, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), 40 hours per week. Call coverage required every 4th-5th day and every 4th-5th weekend. Weekend shifts are call-only with no scheduled shifts.

Highlights:

• Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center and primary stroke center with teaching hospital environment including residents and fellowship programs
• Coverage includes 2 IR rooms, CT, and Ultrasound moderate sedation needs
• Patient ratio of 1:1 for optimal patient care
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of experience
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Epic charting system experience required

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license must be in hand at time of application)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring
• Trauma Level I and community hospital experience preferred
