• Call: 1 weekday per week and every 7–8 weekends
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Unit Census: Approximately 25 patients/visits per day
• Charting System: Epic experience required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Experience in a Trauma Level I setting required
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC required
• Prior charge experience preferred
• Strong procedural nursing and interventional radiology skill set
• Experience with Epic preferred/required
• Ability to support high-acuity patients with confidence and attention to detail
• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
• Prepare, monitor, and recover patients throughout pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care
• Assist with advanced procedures including thrombectomy, embolization, biopsies, TIPS, dialysis access, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and more
• Monitor procedural sedation, hemodynamic status, and patient safety throughout the case
• Support medication administration, vascular access, and emergency response as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and the care team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient outcomes
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong communication throughout the shift
• Respond to on-call needs and provide dependable coverage for assigned weekends
