Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring a GA or Compact RN license and prior endovascular experience.

Details

• Work in the Observation Care Radiology unit of a hospital setting
• Shift schedule of 4x10-hour AM shifts totaling 40 hours per week
• No on-call responsibilities required

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of recent, full-time relevant clinical experience required
• Strong endovascular experience required
• CVOR candidates must have min 18 months full-time experience within a CVOR setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years, with proficiency ratings of 3 or 4 for cardiac and vascular procedures
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates not accepted
• Former employees of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if near a holiday, with only 1 holiday request allowed per assignment
