Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Interventional Radiology – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: November 3, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), 40 hours per week. Call coverage every 5th day/weekend. This is a 13-week travel assignment.

Highlights:

• Work at a Level 1 Trauma Center and primary stroke center with teaching hospital environment including residents and fellowship programs
• Coverage includes 2 IR rooms, CT, and ultrasound moderate sedation needs
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of experience
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
• Patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics with approximately 15 daily census

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Texas or Compact license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I and community hospital experience preferred
• Must not reside in the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris
