Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract. This role involves comprehensive unit orientation during the first week, followed by regular scheduled shifts.

Schedule Details

  • 4 ten-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Weekend Requirements: Rotating on call, 3-4 shifts per month
  • Holiday Availability: Required

Floating Requirements

Will be responsible for floating to Highland Park on call as necessary.

On-Call Requirements

  • Availability: A couple of days per week
  • Response Time: 30 minutes
  • Minimum Call Duration: 2 hours

Experience Requirements

  • 2-5 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
  • 5+ years of experience preferred
  • New graduates will not be accepted for this position.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Active RN License in Illinois
  • BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification

Submission Requirements

Applicants must provide a current resume, two professional references from an Interventional Radiology supervisor within the past year, and a completed skills checklist, along with verification of their Illinois nursing license.

Payroll Schedule

Employees will be paid biweekly.
