Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Hermiston, Oregon.

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a travel assignment in an Internal Medicine/Family Medicine setting. The LVN will provide quality patient care, assist providers with clinical needs, perform nursing procedures, and support the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to adult patients in an Internal Medicine/Family Medicine setting.
- Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document patient information accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice.
- Perform IV starts and blood draws/phlebotomy.
- Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with examinations and procedures.
- Collect and process specimens and assist with diagnostic testing as needed.
- Provide patient education and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.
- Float to other appropriate areas/units as needed to support patient-care needs.
- Work assigned weekday and weekend shifts based on facility scheduling needs.
Requirements:
- Active California LVN license at the time of submission.
- Minimum 2 years of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine experience.
- Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
- Strong IV-start and phlebotomy/blood-draw skills.
- Recent Epic EMR experience required.
- Current flu vaccination required; exemptions and declinations are not accepted.
- Must be flexible with scheduling; no scheduling requests can be accommodated.
CA Travel LVN needed for Internal/Family Medicine with 2+ years’ experience, recent Epic, IV start & phlebotomy skills; 8-hour shifts, weekends required, floating required, no call, and prior travel experience mandatory.
