Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Certified Licensed (IR CL) Technician position available in Evanston, Illinois. This full-time role involves working day shifts with a schedule of 10-hour shifts, providing specialized support for complex interventional radiology procedures. The position requires collaboration with interventional radiologists and adherence to clinical protocols to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois licenses, IEMA license, BLS certification, ARRT certification, minimum 2 years of interventional radiology experience, and travel experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Neuro experience is preferred.
Call Requirements: On call for neuro with a 30-minute callback time and IR body with a 45-minute callback time. On-call duties include one weekend (Friday-Sunday) and one weekend day as a third team member. The call rotation entails up to 9 call days per month, including weekends, with variability for third man duties.
Responsibilities: Must be able to scrub in with interventional radiology physicians for complex procedures such as thrombectomies, pulmonary embolizations, uterine fibroid embolizations (UFE), and Yttrium-90 (Y-90) treatments.
Orientation: Flexible during the week, with a preference for Monday orientations. Credentials are due by Thursday before the scheduled start date.
Additional Information: The candidate must be able to work with complex procedures in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility to manage on-call rotations and supporting a team of physicians.
