Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Clinical Technician is a healthcare professional based in Olympia Field, Illinois. This role involves assisting physicians during cardiovascular procedures by scrubbing or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data related to diagnostic and therapeutic interventions in the cardiovascular laboratory. The technician ensures the procedure room is properly prepared, manages supplies, participates in departmental meetings and performance improvement initiatives, and supports both invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

Job Details:

  • Shift Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT-R certification and license as required by State; Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credential; previous experience in a Cardiovascular Laboratory or Interventional Radiology department; cardiovascular technologist training with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred; BLS (American Heart Association) certification required upon hire and must be maintained current; ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire; proficient computer skills.
