Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab, Vascular, and Neuro-IR experience for a Level I Trauma Center.
Details
- Work in Neuro and Vascular Interventional OR Suites within the Radiology OR Services unit
- 5 procedure units staffed with 1-2 technologists per room
- Equipment includes 2 Philips and 3 Siemens imaging machines
- Assist in advanced cardiac cases involving combined endovascular and open surgical approaches
- Patient population includes stroke, oncology, and stent cases
- Facility is a Stroke Accredited Center and Level I Trauma Center
- 12-hour night shifts, Wednesday through Friday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
- No required call, though staying late for ongoing cases may be needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, Vascular, and Neuro-IR procedures in an OR setting
- Structural heart and EP experience highly preferred
- Active ARRT certification required (license required if applicable)
- Prior travel experience preferred
- OR-based Interventional Radiology experience required
Additional Information
- Assist with advanced cardiac, neuro, and vascular interventional procedures in a high-acuity OR environment
- Support combined endovascular and open surgical cardiac cases
- Work within a Level I Trauma Center and Stroke Accredited Center setting
- Local candidates accepted at a lower rate within a 75-mile radius
