Job Summary: Interventional Radiology Clinical Laboratory (INTRA CL) technician position available in Austell, Georgia. This role involves performing interventional radiology procedures within a fast-paced clinical setting. The candidate must possess the necessary certifications and experience to function independently and deliver high-quality patient care.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 7:00 am 5:30 pm, with on-call responsibilities requiring a 30-minute response time. The schedule includes a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire, including one or more of the following: ARRT Cardio Vascular Intervention (ARRT-CV), ARRT Radiography (ARRT-R), ARRT Vascular Intervention (ARRT-VI), RCIS (Registered CVI Specialist), and BLS (Basic Life Support). Additional certifications such as ACLS or ACLS-Instructor are preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in interventional specialty procedures, preferably in IR, cardiac, or vascular hybrid settings.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in ACLS or ACLS-Instructor upon hire preferred.
Additional Information: This role requires competence in all aspects of interventional and vascular procedures, including patient positioning, exposure factors, and radiation protection. The individual should have a solid understanding of anatomy and pathology, excellent communication skills in English, and a positive attitude. Experience in catheterization laboratory procedures is essential.
Submission Requirements: Candidates should demonstrate independence in procedure execution, be capable of participating in on-call rotations, and possess relevant clinical experience.
