Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Technologist position available in Monroe, North Carolina. This role involves supporting the Cath Lab department with a variety of vascular and cardiac procedures, including catheterizations, device placements, and interventional cases. The position requires teamwork within a small, skilled team and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification(s) in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); ARRT or RCIS certification; at least 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience; valid drivers license.
• Preferred Qualifications: EPIC/Encompass experience and MERGE system proficiency; experience with scrubbing and recording in cath lab procedures.
• Support within the Department: Small team approximately 20 staff members, including nursing supervisors and charge RNs; support from cath lab leadership.
• Technology/Equipment: Proficiency with EMR: EPIC/Encompass; MERGE; IV Pumps: Alaris; Monitors: Philips; and unit-specific equipment such as Siemens X-ray, balloon pumps, and Merge Hemo.
• Orientation: Approximately 1 day of facility orientation, plus 30-45 days of departmental orientation.
• Additional Information: Scrub color provided; free parking available; team-oriented unit culture.
• Float: No floating required.
• Start Date: August 24, 2026.
