Neuro Interventional Radiology Technologist

Join our team as a Neuro Interventional Radiology Technologist, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care. This position requires a skilled professional with expertise in interventional radiology and neuro procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a daily caseload of 4-5 patients.
• Perform interventional procedures under the guidance of physicians.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the Epic charting system.

Work Schedule

The position involves working 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. There are on-call requirements every 5th weekend and one night per week, with a response radius of 30 minutes during on-call hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology and neuro procedures.
• BLS certification required.
• ARRT (R) certification required.
• Radiation badge must be supplied by the agency, as the facility does not provide badges for travelers.

Additional Information

• All requested time off must be submitted with the application, and approval will depend on departmental needs.
• The facility permits a maximum of one shift call-off every two weeks.
• Travellers should be aware of the hurricane season, which runs from June through November, especially during peak months of August and September.
• Facility scrubs will be provided, and there is a one-time $20 fee for a parking pass, applicable only during nights and weekends.
