Job Details:
**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Certifications: ARRT(R) and BLS are required; ACLS is preferred. - Radiation badge must be provided by the agency. - The role involves covering both vascular and neuro interventional radiology. **Preferred Skills and Qualifications:** - Above average skills in cerebral's, coiling's, kyphoplasty, spine work, stroke therapy, and carotid stenting for Neuro. - Experience in monitoring and interpreting hemodynamic monitoring. - Knowledge of sterile techniques and ability to prepare the entry site using sterile technique. - Ability to monitor and document patient’s ECG and blood pressure accurately. **Core Duties and Skills:** - Observing sterile technique and maintaining patient and unit confidentiality. - Preparing patients and instructing radiography students in clinical settings. - Participation in educational and in-service opportunities is expected. - Participation in the on-call rotation and performance improvement activities. - Specialization in Neuroradiology and Vascular IR procedures. **Scheduling and Call Requirements:** - Schedule: M-F 8-4:30 with call obligations, including 1-2 shifts per week and every 3rd or 4th weekend, possibly holidays. - Shift Notes: Primarily Neuro IR Tech, also covering Body IR; M-F; 4-10s 7-5:30 with call, every 3rd weekend plus 1-2 shifts during the week. **Licensure:** - A valid ARRT license is required for submission.
