Talent4Health is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Syracuse, New York.

Requirements:- Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required.
- Active NYS license/registration as a Radiologic Technologist required.
- Minimum one (1) year of CT/MRI experience as a Radiologic Technologist required.
- Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment health clearance.
Responsibilities:- Perform radiographic examinations under the direction of departmental radiologists.
- Greet patients, explain imaging procedures, and position patients appropriately for examinations.
- Set proper exposure factors to obtain high-quality radiographic images.
- Practice radiation safety and protection standards to minimize patient exposure.
- Operate imaging equipment efficiently and report equipment malfunctions to the immediate supervisor.
- Process films and accurately input information into the Radiology Information System for documentation and billing purposes.
- Follow departmental procedures, protocols, and policy guidelines regarding imaging services.
- Provide radiologic examinations based on referring physician and radiologist needs.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of imaging equipment while delivering high-quality patient care.
