Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring ARRT certification and 2-3 years of complex interventional cath experience.

Details

  • Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab setting
  • Adult and pediatric patient population with a large advanced heart failure and cardiac transplant caseload
  • 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 4 days per week
  • On-call required for nights, weekends, and holidays, averaging 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 4-5 weeks
  • 30-minute call response time required

Requirements

  • ARRT (R) certification required
  • 2-3 years of complex interventional cath experience in a busy cath program required
  • Current BLS certification through AHA
  • Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment, if applicable
  • Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Support a busy cardiac cath program with advanced heart failure and transplant patients
  • Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply and could affect pay rate
