Job Details

• Position Description: Travel Postpartum RN focusing on family care, maternity, and newborn care within a 10-bed unit staffed by a team of 26. The unit emphasizes standard mother-baby and newborn care policies, with recent technology updates and remodeled rooms supporting staff and patient needs.
• Required Qualifications: Current state RN licensure, minimum 1 year of postpartum or mother-baby RN experience, BLS certification, and active or pending certification for Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to develop personal connections with patients, flexible scheduling, and previous transitional care experience.
• Additional Information: The unit performs procedures such as circumcisions, staple removal, and newborn testing. Candidates with a flexible, friendly, hardworking, and positive attitude are ideal. Self-scheduling, a diverse patient population, recent upgrades to technology, and remodeled rooms enhance the work environment.
