**Join the Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery unit! - Location: 4th Floor, G Tower - Total Beds: 16 - Staff: Over 120 dedicated professionals - Patient Ratios: 1:1 and 1:2 for optimal care **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care for patients throughout labor, delivery, and immediate newborn care. - Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including Charge nurses, PCTs, and CSTs. - Utilize advanced equipment such as Baxter Pumps and Phillips electronic fetal monitoring. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - Must have: - 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience - High-risk experience - Immediate newborn care expertise - Preferred Skills: - Experience in circulating procedures **Typical Procedures:** - Vaginal Deliveries - Cesarean Sections - D&C (Dilation and Curettage) - Cerclage - C-Hyst (Cesarean Hysterectomy) **Best Personality Fit:** - Outgoing - Friendly - Adaptable **Required Certifications:** - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - BLS/ALS (Basic Life Support/Advanced Life Support) - Advanced Fetal Monitoring **Additional Information:** - Floating Areas: MFMU/MOMB/NICU - Dress Code: Scrubs provided - Weekend/on-call availability optional with approval **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
