Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Experience in Labor & Delivery, obstetrics, or a similar women’s health setting strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and maintain a consistent 36-hour schedule
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
• Compassionate, calm, and adaptable approach to fast-paced clinical care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to laboring patients throughout the delivery process
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support physicians and interdisciplinary care teams during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• Educate and reassure patients and families throughout their care experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment for every delivery
